Free High Fiber Grocery List

High Fiber Grocery List

Please enjoy the convenience of my free high fiber grocery list. This one was updated June 30, 2011.

I've added Dreamfields Pasta®, which uses an innovative process to minimize the amount of carbs that you will absorb when you eat it, and yet it tastes good! This is a great product if you're trying to lose weight, or you're a diabetic and you want to avoid spiking your blood sugar level. Also, because it's high in soluble fiber, it supports your goal to keep your LDL cholesterol level low.

Dreamfields Pasta® joins the other high fiber items on my grocery list. I feature about 60 foods and beverages that are commonly found in American markets. The list is easy to use while shopping because the items are categorized by food groups as they typically are in a store.

Simply print out the page and cut along the dotted line to have two copies, and come back as often as you'd like to download it. Also, as new items are brought to market, I will update the list, so that's another reason to return for the latest information.

Happy Shopping!
